1. What countries can orders be shipped to?

Our shipping address is 1376 Barnes Dr E, Columbus, Ohio.

Due to the instability of international shipments and to ensure the quality of our service, we currently only support orders from the United States.

Any subsequent adjustments will be announced on the website without prior notice. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you.

2. Delivery time

Delivery time is 6-11 business days, including 1-3 business days for order processing and 5-8 business days for shipping.

3. What about the long order processing time?

If the order processing time is longer than 3 business days, you can contact us via email [email protected] and we will process your order as soon as possible.

If you need to cancel your order, we will arrange a refund for you and your payment amount will be refunded to your payment account within 1-2 business days.

Our service hours are 7:00am-7:00pm (EST) Monday-Friday.

Orders placed before 7:00 pm on Friday will be shipped during the week and orders placed after 7:00 pm on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.

Orders are not processed at weekends.
