1. Order Cancellation

After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account order details.

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After 1 hour, our order will enter the packing process. Once packed, the order cannot be canceled. Please understand our work.

2. Return and exchange validity period

The website supports returns within 30 natural days without any reason. If you have received your product for more than 30 natural days, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.

3. Return order processing time

Return orders are processed within 1-3 business days, if it is overdue please contact us by email [email protected], we will solve your problem as soon as possible.

Our service hours are 7:00am-7:00pm (EST) Monday-Friday.

Return orders submitted after 7:00 PM will be prioritized for processing on the next business day, and orders submitted after 7:00 PM on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

Return orders will not be processed at weekends.

4. Application for return

Returns must be made within 30 natural days of receipt of the product, and the kitchen hooks are new and undamaged, with all accessories.

If you need to return the goods and meet the return criteria, you can choose the following two ways to request a return:

5. Return and Refund

If you have decided to return the goods, you can follow the following process:

Pack the kitchen hooks in their original packaging, including the accessories and freebies received.

Send the kitchen hooks to 1376 Barnes Dr E, Columbus, Ohio.

After sending, please send us the shipping information and courier number by email [email protected], so that we can check and refund you as soon as we receive it.

If you choose to return your cookware hooks because of quality or shipping problems (such as damaged cookware hooks received), the shipping cost will be borne by Greenkitchengoods.com.

If the return is due to the customer’s personal dislike of the kitchen hooks received (color or style), wrong photo, etc., the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Once the returned kitchen hooks have arrived at Greenkitchengoods.com’s warehouse and passed inspection, the refund process will begin.

Refund amount will be refunded to your payment account within 1-2 business days, please wait patiently.
